Vehicle valuations provided by AutoValue AI are estimates only and are generated using AI analysis of photos, market data, and user-provided information. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any appraisal. Actual market values may vary. AutoValue AI is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on our appraisals.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about vehicles
• Only upload photos of vehicles you own or have permission to appraise
• Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI systems
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page.

6. Intellectual Property

AutoValue AI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
